We are located on Route 30 in Plainfield.....we are just past 135th (towards 143rd) on the side OPPOSITE the Walgreen's. We are a unit in the BACK of the Plainfield Small Business Center....behind J.Todd's Steakhouse, down the strip from Coco's Chocolates and almost behind Rosal's. | | Got Crops?!: Dates for upcoming crops! Please note...any crops with 3 or less people will end at normal store closing hours rather than the listed hours. Croppers are welcome during ANY of our normal business hours as long as we have space....we welcome you free of charge during these hours! Free to attend! Private Crops: If you have a group of 6 or more we will allow private crops - minimum of 6 people at $10 a person. Call for full details! | Class Kit Tools: Please bring these items to any class you sign up for! | | Fast Scrap Class Want to learn how to scrap? Or just want to learn to scrap fast? We are offering these classes for FREE. We ask that you please RSVP in advance and we will cancel any class that has less than 3 people in it. You must purchase ONE kit from our store prior to the class....add photos to match and come back and make a great layout! For those that have taken this class before..you are always welcome to join us and sit in..although the same materials will be covered each time.
Upcoming Fast Scrap Classes: Wed May 14th- 6:30-9pm Call 815-609-5955 to RSVP. Please make sure to have your kit and the photos in it already. And bring any supplies you might have- trimmer adhesive, etc If you have no supplies...we can provide a trimmer and you can purchase adhesive at our store. Layout Class Have you graduated from the Fast Scrap and just want to keep up on your skills? A different kit will be chosen each month and you can come in and apply YOUR pictures to the layout. This class will cost $10 and it's on May 21st- Wednesday from 6:30pm-8:30pm. You will make 2 layouts and a card!!!! See store for sample! | | | Greetings! We've started BLOGGING...make sure to check us out..we have daily challenges and also updates. Our NSD weekend crop was a blast...we couldn't have done it without some help. We'd like to thank Stephenie-who is a Fiskateer who came out and scrapped on Saturday but also did demos and brought in a big bag of goodies to raffle off. Thanks Stephenie!!!!
We also would like to thank all of our customers who came out and supported us!! It was SO successful that we are running a weekend long crop again in June -the 13-15th.

Fee | | Changes to our Crops Effective immediately: Our crops will now require a $15 deposit when you call to reserve space. You can give a credit card number over the phone or reserve in person to pay cash/check. The crops are still free- that $15 will turn into a merchandise credit on the day of the crop. If you cancel you will lose the deposit. If you don't spend $15 that day the credit does not carry over. We will allow you to cancel if you do so more than 5 days in advance. If anyone is consistently cancelling we won't allow a refund at that point. For those customers already on our list for June you will be receiving a call this week asking for a credit card to secure your space.
We can only hold a space for 24 hours without payment. Thanks for your cooperation in this matter.
| | WEEKEND LONG CROP AGAIN in JUNE!!! We've added a FULL WEEKEND LONG crop -you can reserve space by the day for $15 a day or for all three days for $40. This crop will be held on June 13-15th- Fri- 10am-Midnight/Sat 10am-Midnight and Sun 10am-5pm. You will receive a goody bag and there will be games and prizes again! Creative Photography III Class-$40 - Sunday June 22nd- 5pm You've been waiting and now you can sign up. This class will be held on location at a local park on June 22nd- Sunday at 5pm. Please note: You will not be bringing your children at this time. You will however receive a coupon for a free portrait with Cari later. There will be models there for us to practice with. If it's raining we'll have it a week later on June 29th. Space is limited and we'll open a 2nd one in July if needed. We are only allowing 8 people to attend so everyone gets Cari's attention. We'll assign you a number and you will label and price all of your items. We do the selling for you. Simply drop your items off on Friday, May 30th and set up your space. We'll sell it all weekend for you. The best part is that you can pick up your STORE credit for the amount we sold in 1 week. Any materials you don't want back we will simply donate on Tuesday.
